Verification software · By Hyprous
Our workflow software gives writers a structured way to verify AI-assisted work: it shows which parts of the document came from an AI conversation, walks the writer through STAPLE, a six-step verification checklist, and issues a single link that a reviewer, professor, or client can open to see what was checked and how.

Connect the AI conversation that produced the content. Paste the share link to your Claude or ChatGPT chat, as many links as you used, or import a transcript if you used another assistant. Segmentator stores a copy of the conversation and a fingerprint of it, and you confirm that your prompts stated the objective, assumptions, and constraints. Keep the chat; everything that follows is built on it.
Supply the finished document as pasted text or a PDF. Segmentator matches each sentence against the stored conversation by comparing words, with no AI involved, and labels it written by the AI, reworked from AI output, or written by you. You see each label with the AI passage it was matched to. The labels cannot be edited, so the record shows exactly where AI content entered the work.
Answer four questions about what is at stake if a mistake in this document goes uncaught. Depending on your answers, you mark the paragraphs that must be fully verified, and a second reviewer may be required before the record can be issued. Then rate how much of the argument rests on each source-backed statement, from 1 to 5, so a person decides what the work depends on, and choose how far down those ratings your checks will go. The record keeps your answers and ratings and shows whether the level you chose fits the stakes.
Three checks, in order. First, reread the prompts behind the AI content used in the document and confirm each one asked for what the task actually required. Second, choose the kind of work you did, go through the checklist of errors most likely in that kind of work, and write down how you checked for them. Third, for every statement at or above your chosen level, attach the source and the exact quote from it that supports the statement; where a statement has no source, such as a calculation, record the check you ran instead. These are your checks, read against the source itself, with no AI involved.
Say no more than you checked. Segmentator shows your document with verified and unverified sentences marked and fills in from the record what AI content was relied on, what was verified, and how thoroughly. You then write what remains uncertain and what uses the document is not appropriate for, given the stakes you assumed.
Issue the STAPLE link. Segmentator marks each of the six steps Met or Incomplete against your stakes answers, naming any shortfall, and drafts a short record of the steps for you to confirm. If a second review is required, it must be complete first. Anyone you share the link with, whether a professor, a journal reviewer, a supervisor, or a court, opens the full record with no account: the document with its labels and verification marks, your ratings and statement, every verified quote with its source, reviewer comments, and the stored conversation. A fingerprint of the document confirms nothing was changed after issue. In Lawyer mode the conversation can be sealed, leaving only its fingerprint in the record, and the link opens only with a passcode.

A Segmentator record opens from a single link, so a reviewer can see what was checked and how.
